Wells Fargo Credit card department,
Wells Fargo has allowed incompetent employees to essentially force someone who is suffering from - into a personal credit card with a rate - points higher than the previous BUSINESS credit card he was attempting to transfer to a new BUSINESS credit card with Wells Fargo. The agent made the application for a personal credit card in mistake. In fact, the balance transfer was from a BUSINESS CREDIT CARD ( which was provided ) and was intended to go to another BUSINESS CREDIT CARD with Wells Fargo. Once the mistake was brought to the banks attention they FAILED repeatedly to resolve the situation within a timeframe for which they had control. The branch employees and manger made numerous promises to reverse and fix the issue only to go back on their word, eventually telling me, we have your signature '' after the window of opportunity to resolve the issue was gone. I have documented the steps that were taken by the consumer to resolve this issue and the amount of time already invested by a - customer. The regional and national managers have done nothing whatsoever in fact the national office has never returned multiple phone calls. I have also attached numerous voice recordings, some of which are the manager speaking to resolving the issues and refunding fees which have still never been refunded. This is fraud and fraud of a - person. If the bank continues to play this as we have your signature '', our next step will be to take the story to the local news, and then small claims court. Be advised.
