Payday loan Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened to sue on too old debt Iowa
Company called family members to threaten and harrass regarding an online payday loan that was opened via identity fraud. Did not listen at all, only escalated and yelled then hung up on me. Also called family members leaving same messages. All I have is the phone number of the company -, beleive they said the company name was KM or something but could not make it out.
