Received a collections notice, with no info other than a doctor I 've never heard of named. No date of service, no anything. I spoke to - who was extremely rude and said she ca n't give me any info, that I need to pay $42.00. I have paid ALL of my medical bills, and on time. She refused to give me any info on WHAT this bill is for unless they send me 'promise to pay ' letter which means Im then 'on the hook ' to pay this and agreeing to pay it by asking for info in writing?! Very concerning!
