Entire Problem : I was pre-approved for a loan with -/Avant credit on -/-/2015. When I was pre-approved I was given a list of reasons why the terms I was given and a credit score disclosure. At the time the date of the credit bureau pull was -/-/2015. My credit score was -. The company provided me loan documents and loan disclosures to move forward with the loan. However I wanted to review. I phoned into Avant on several occasions after - and was told that the approval was good for 7 days. I just had to finish the documentation and sign the documents to receive funds. I was traveling and was not able to complete the application instantly. I went to sign on -, and was still able to complete the process but my computer froze. I tried later that day and was then given a denial notice with the same information that I was approved for. The denial notice was the same as the Credit Bureau Disclosure Notice for Terms. I phoned in to the call center at Avant and spoke with a rude representative -. I explained the situation and she was very rude and was not willing to assist in a solution. I asked to speak with her manager several times and she told me her manager would not be able to help and tell me the same thing. I continued to ask to speak with a manager and she denied me several times until I was transferred to -. - was not very pleasant to speak and I ended up having to speak with - the Section Manager. I explained my concerns and he told me he could not assist me that the compliance department would respond and they are only reachable by email. I explained that your company mislead me and that the reasons for denial were false and not accurate. You once approved my loan with the same information you were denying me on.
