I have attempted to contact Trident Asset management several times with no luck in my desperate attempts to resolve and remove the collection they are wrongfully reporting on my credit report. However, all of my attempts went wasted for the past several months. I have received - communication from the collection company. I have contacted the bureau who stated that collector verified the info and they could not remove it, and that I had to contact the creditor for the deletion letter directly but there is NO communication from this collection company to me! they are fraudulently reporting this collection which they have failed to validate and ignored all my attempts to contact them.
