Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info California

The MIB member insurance bureau is subject to the FCRA under a credit-reporting auspice. They are a collective informational personal health collection agency used by the insurance companies to pool information. They have incorrect data about me, that used to be correct ( -, for instance ) but they are unwilling to correct this despite my doctor 's notes and tests submitted. They wish to retain this patently incorrect information for 7 years. Their reevaluation process is laughable - they contact the insurers and say " did you say what you said ''? And if the old information is confirmed to 'have happened ' that constitutes a reinvestigation in their minds.
