I am a Chase Business account holder. I sent money to a company for a service that was not completed through their " Chase Quick Pay '' system. I called Chase bank numerous times and spoke with senior support representatives only to be repeatedly told that they could not offer any protections for electronic money transfer. This is unacceptable, consumers need to have some sort of recourse in the event of fraud.
