TD Bank Debt collection department,

Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid Florida

they said I payed my bill before there billing cycle was over, so the payment was used as a extra payment for the month. the following month no bill. when I recived my bill for the following month it had late fees on it. I called them and spoke with a supervisor, they said that was how it works per contract. this happened before and the fixed it. so later that month I did a refinance on my home and my bank took the equity to pay bills off, contacted all the people I owed and recived payoff amounts. what they gave them was what I owed. now the say I owe a late fee and a extra 20-30 dollars more than the pay off. what can I do. thanks
