They encouraged me to use a co-applicant to increase my chances, which I did by reapplying with my wife. And it did not even take 24 hours and I receive the same standard message of rejection on - -. Their website clearly specifies that they do not do hard hits on credit reports so we should not see any loss of points or negative consequences on our credit score. However, since the last application, they keep running our credit reports. The last - was this - -, the - time. I have not applied for credit since that second application, yet my credit report is pulled again and again. The same for my wife. I attempted to contact them to discuss this matter through the number provided on their website, but it keeps sending me to an automated message telling me the hours of operation and to call back. I have not heard from them despite my many attempts.
