My husband and I have a car loan with BMW through -. Our payment is $500.00 a month and which we signed up for. We 've had difficulty making our payments the last few months. We asked them to refinanced it and they said we were not approved. We told them more than once that it is hard to make our payments and they have not given us any relief.
