Wells Fargo Credit card department,
Credit card transaction was declined inappropriately. We called Wells Fargo to explain reason for declination. They stated that, due to increased fraud activity during the holidays, it was bank policy to decline all credit card or debit transactions. We rep also stated to us that she was required to tell us that this procedure was " for our protection ''
