I enrolled in a biweekly interest minimizer program -/-/- and on -/-/- they notified me by email that the program is no longer available but I need to know where my money is that was taken from my account in - previous to the email. My house payment is now outstanding and I need my money back. I 've called over - times and you get a recording to call back due to high call volume. I 've emailed and no one returns my email either.
