I have received several calls to attempt to collect on a - - - and have been subjected to very abusive and adversarial language. On -/-/2015 I received a call from - from - asking me to man up '' and pay my debt, after I had advised them that I had experience a significant reduction in hours at my job. I work in the -, and with the price of - my income has been reduced by 50 %. After insulting my masculinity for being unable to pay, he called my wife at her place of employment and demanded payment from her. She has nothing to do with this debt, she was not a cardholder and she does not have permission to receive personal calls at work. He verbally abused my wife as well. I am concerned that this company may not be a legitimate company or have the proper authority to collect this debt because I do n't feel like any legitimate company would be that obscene when working with customers.
