Citibank Credit card department,
This is a continuation of case # - where upon rectifying issues on prior complaint, I have now been charged additional fees. When Sears reallocated my - payment to 1 ) pay in full the revolving debt of $1500.00 and 2 ) apply the remaining payment toward the deferred billing of $1100.00, I was charged $16.00 to do that. Sears treated my money as if I did a balance transfer toward paying the deferred bill. Sears took the $16.00 out of my payment. I called Sears. Spoke with their dispute department and was told she could not do anything to help me with Balance Transfer Fees. I explained that this was how Sears handled my money to allocate in a fair-practice way. She reminded me again that when you do a balance transfer over the phone ( which I did n't do over the phone ; I used their convenience checks ) that the operator reads pages and pages of disclaimers. This is a nightmare that does not end.
