I signed up with Nationwide Biweekly Administration in - of 2014 for them to be a service company to pay our mortgage every month. - a month half of our mortgage payment is deducted from our bank account and sent to them to forward to our mortgage lender. On - - I received an email that they were having financial issues and suspending accounts but mine was okay. On Saturday, - - I received a letter that my account had been suspended. Today I called - which was on the letter and received a recording that - mortgage payments would be made but going forward we were responsible for our payments. Also, any remaining funds in trust would be returned to us. I am uncomfortable with listening to a recording and want an actual person to verify my account information. I also called another - number that was on their website ( - ) and - answered who purchased some of NBA 's customers. He tried to get me to become one of his customers. I want my account deactivated and my setup fee reimbursed. As well as assurance that the money I sent to them in - will be used to pay my - mortgage payment. And any remaining funds returned to me.
