I bought a car at a local dealer named - I was told car was clean title vehical. car was not. I brought car back to dealer car was taken back I was givin - bads checks from dealer for my down pmt I gave him. loebell is the lien holder on this vehical .... I gave car back because vehical was sold under false pretense to me, by dealer and loebell financial, I maid four pmts on this vehical plus repairs this vehical was supposed to be taken off my credit report it has not because the dealer does not have money to buy contract back from loebell they will not give back my pmts or repair money I put down I was lied to from onset of deal I gave car back because dealer, HAD TO TAKE IT BACK BECAUSE HE LIED AND I CAUGHT HIM .... loebell wont release me from loan or pay me back the money I paid them, them for fouir months this is robbery I am not respo9nsible for a dealer or lender who falisfys legal docs which is the case by dealer and lender loebell has not been helpful I have been completely abused by every employee there. I w3ant my payments lost time and money back
