High Point Asset called my employer and told them they are trying to contact me to collect a debit. My employer took the phone number for me to call them back ... this was very embarrassing. the number is -. I called them back and they tell me the are collecting a debit for - - from a loan 4 years ago, this is the first I have heard of this company and do not remember taking a payday loan from this company. Why would a company wait 4 years to try and collect a debit if it was a legitimate debit. I believe this is a scam.I had my identity stolen last year and a false tax return was filed in my name. They sent me an email after I asked for proof of the loan but it does not prove anything, does not even include the original creditors address or phone number.
