I was not advised that the loan that I had submitted an application for was collateralized by a vehicle but a personal loan. Having paid off a loan with this same organization in the past I figured that the same loan offering is what I qualified for. - different people advised me that I was approved for the loan, but then " out of the blue '' I was told that the loan approved was for a secured product. I advised them during the initial conversation that I would not be interested in that.
