In - of 2015 I initially applied for a mortgage pre-qualification in the amount of $150000.00 through JPMorgan Chase. I was approved for the mortgage, but held off because of my upcoming marriage/pay increase. - 2015 my wife and I re-applied through JPMorgan Chase for $200000.00, but this time we were denied on all levels for a VA Home Loan. The mortgage officer assigned to us stated that the $150000.00 should have been denied as well and that the approval was a mistake. Both of the incidents have led to my wife and I losing hope on finding a house for our growing family. We are currently living in a - bedroom apartment. My credit is good other than a few case that have since been solved or in the process of being disputed.
