Hello, My name is - - -, In -/-/-, my body was -. Paying my bills in a timely manner was not high on my priority list. So I got behind on many of my financial obligations. My body and my mind were so -. ( On -/-/- I have a - hearing, and at that time my case will be settled - FINALLY!!! So, I needed something to do with the rest of my lif. I am not the type of individual that can just sit around and meditate on his navel. ( I am - years old, by the way and am -, also ). The school is conducted ON-LINE, so that transportation and my physical limitations would not impeded my studies. I was overjoyed and excited at the fact that after over 3 years of - I was finally going to be able to make a contribution to society!! I gave my debate card information to AMSHER and, because of my nieve and trusting nature, thought that this would be the end of it, and my debt with -,, like AMESHER told me paid in full. The Settlement account number is -. With great enthusiasm, on -/-/- I called - - to have my Internet servase connected. I even gave - - a sizable deposit. - - told me that Ameser had not released the funds as yet and that - - could not establish my service until the collection company ( AMSHER released the funds. Nieve me, thinking that AMESHER was an honest copany, called them and inquired why and when - would be notified of my paiment. They said it would take `9 to 12 days.I was outraged and called them back to inform them of my pressing sittuation and that I needed Internet service before -/-/-. So, I could go to school. The collection company said that is not our problem, that you should oay your billes on time and this would not have happend to you. The last thin that I needed at this point was a demoralizeng lecture. I have called AMSHER every day for the last 2 weeks, and now they say that it could be between 60 and 90 days before they release the funds!! I explained to them how illegal what they were doing was. And they rep ; ied and there additude is that they are doing nothing illegal and that they are above creadit reporting laws. On or about -/-/- I filed a formal complante with the Federal Traid Commision. They were extremally helpful and told me that AMSHER was way out of line. So would you please aid me. I would like you to punnish AMASER COLLECTIO COMPANY to the fullest extent of the lawAnd I would like you to infor athers of this type of trape that they can fall into when dealing with, ( THE - OF THE EARTH ( COLLECTION AGAINCES ).
