TD Bank Credit card department,
I had made a purchase of - $ back in - at Target. This was supposedly " free '' if I signed up for a target credit card. I never received the card but started receiving bills for - $ every month from Target on this " free '' purchase. I called target to totally cancel the card but they are still billing me - $ per month for no reason whatsoever. The card is not even activated because I have n't received it. After this call, I still received bills even though it was cancelled. They say that they will continue to bill after a card is cancelled if there is a balance on it. They are charging me - $ for a - $ purchase. I am willing to pay the - $ for the purchase but I will not pay the additional amount for a card that was never received.
