At this time I 'm in a trial Modification loan with Chase that started -/-/- ending -/-/- when I tried to first check my Hamp status account -/-/- it showed I did n't have a Hamp account.So I just went in on my regular account to make sure my payment posted and it did. On -/-/- I went online trying to check my account to see if there were any changes and it stated " Issues with your account are limiting your access. Please call Customer Service at - for more information. Or, find out how to resolve these issues online. Note : If you have a construction loan, please call -, option -. '' I called the - number and spoke to -, I did n't hear her name very well so I ask her to repeat her name, she got silent then said -. I question why I could n't get in my account and she said because I am behind I can no longer access my account, I said I have never heard of that before, I 'm not trying to make a payment just want to review it, she said again I 'm not allow in my account anymore
