When moving from my prior residents I turned in equipment for wifi cable/internet. After several calls to - I was assured this issue was resolved. - listed me with - wifi routers. I explained to them on numerous calls that I had only - wifi router as this is - home and they agreed. I did have the router replaced because it was faulty over a year ago and - stated the person who handled my case obviously did not log the equipment as returned and this caused my record to show - and I was assured this will be taken care of and I would not have any further issues and now I have received a box to return equipment and I continue to receive a collection notice for something I do not owe.
