Credit card Improper contact or sharing of info Contacted employer after asked not to Illinois

A company called - at - called my employer and relative stating that I had to call within an hour and referance # - because I was being served a summons. I called the number and when They told me that I had an outstanding balance, I asked them to validate the debt, and they could not. They continue to call my employer AFTER I asked them not to. They do not contact me directly. They keep calling my employer and relatives.
