Title loan Payment to acct not credited Ohio

On -/-/2013 I took out a $3000.00 Title Loan from Drummond Financial Services, LLC dba Loanmax located at - - - - - - ohio -. My first payment was due on -/-/2013 in the amount of $1000.00, due to payment being late 11 days LoanMax took my cash payment of $1100.00 then advised me that due to the late payment my loan had to be refinanced. My payment that was made on -/-/2013 of $1100.00 did not apply to either loan. At this time LoanMax still has a lean on my vehicle and due to the fact that this company refuses to work with me I have not made another payment since -/-/2013. Supporting documentation can be supplied when needed.
