I called a - in which I had a credit card with them 5 years ago and want to pay the - I owe to establish my credit. They referred me to - -, - - referred me to another company at that same time they stated that I also had another account on my credit and I said that I had no idea what that was I asked if they knew and they stated they could not see in the computer but to call Allied. I called allied and they stated that there is a - - - account from 10 years ago. I told them ten years ago I was in jail and it is impossible that the account is mine. I told them that it had to be identity theft and I also told them that under the FCRA that it was outdated and they should not be trying to collect. The guy on the phone who I could barely understand said well what do you want me to do? I said I want you to delete it immediately. I am writing you because this is outrageous. I need to get this situation rectified. I am trying to buy a home and it is impossible to buy a house without these credit companies and debt companies following the laws.
