JPMorgan Chase Credit Card Complaint

Convenience checks

JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,

Convenience checks New York

On -/-/- Chase credit card company mailed me a check that i can deposit to my bank with 12 or 18 month, until yesterday, i login in to my account and realize that chase credit card company charged me $20.00 balance transfer interest. Every month, chase notify me by email when monthly payment due day and also notify me due day before 5 days and i do n't know why chase did not notify me when the balance transfer interest will start on -/-/-. I called them up last night and i was told by them that there has a message on the last page of the statement ( total - pages on the statement ), there total - pages at statement and it 's small words on the last page that told the balance transfer will expired on -/-/-. If they can notify me through email that my monthly will due in 5 days and why should n't they notify me by e-mail that my balance transfer interest will expire on -/-/-. This is very tricky and chase credit card has to stop doing this. I have no problem to pay this $20.00 interest but they have to stop doing this way as it 's affect so many people. if they notify me earlier and i can pay off that amount before interest expired.
