I file a complaint with the - credit Bureaus Agencies regarding a Collection Debt from Resurgent Capital Services, they Wrote me a letter on -/-/- with an Payment statement advising me that such account was mine, I wrote them back and told them that I found inconsistencies along with the information they sent. as Date Account was open, the Balance of the account is incorrect, Last payment there were No payments made since -/-/- they altered the account open date, because how do you explain that if it was open on -/-/- according to their outdate info why the account would be removed until -/-/- is n't it true that will remain 7 years minimum if the account was open -/-/- to -/-/- is 4 years, there is many discrepancies that are not accurate at all.
