Wells Fargo Credit card department,
I was given an automatic upgrade to my Wells Fargo, which had an increase in the rewards program of - points per dollar instead of -, effective - -, 2015. I called at the end of -/-/-//beginning of -, and a lady confirmed that the increase was correct. I get my - statement, no increase. Called again, then told it would take - to - billing cycles. I wait for the - statement, still not given credits and I call -/-/15. I am bounced around to find - side of Wells Fargo shows the - points, but the reward side stills only shows -. Told wait another billing cycle. - statement, same thing and I call -/-/15, bounced around again, but this time a supervisor says he will send an email to the rewards side and have them call me on either - or -. I receive no call, but instead have to call them on - to still have no resolution of the now $150.00 worth of credits I have not received.
