TD Bank Credit card department,
Target billed me - on - - with late fees. we paid the bill and have proof the check was paid to target via my bank. My bookkeeper and I have been dealing with target on a weekly basis since then to no avail. They have not process that amount and continue to add finance and late fee charges. We are always put on hold, told they will call us back and this never happens.
