Wells Fargo Dealer Services- - -, CA -Account number : -I rescinded the car loan according to TILA Regulation Z. I have not received my payments back. I have received the title although this is because the final payment was paid early with rescission notice following days later. 20 days had passed with no notice of any objection to the courts about my rescinding the loan hence the bank has waived their opportunity to dispute their responsibilities under Regulation Z.
