I lease my unit ( - - - - - ), with the options of either 8 months or 12 months w/1FREE month ( as per - --Asst. Mgr of - - - -. ). The contract was supposed to be corrected to -/-/- - -/-/- ( As per - - 's confirmation email/call ). - kept pushing for me to do a 12 month lease ( w/1month FREE ) and she confirmed that it was my decision to extend to 12 months during my tenancy-if I chose. Upon my move in, - told me I would just need to put it in writing and inform the rental office if I chose the - opt, to receive my 1 month FREE. It was not until much later in my lease term that I found out - - was arrested for child abuse and incarcerated. I requested an exit walk-through that the rental office ignored and refused to show up, which I videotaped had an inspector out and I took photos of everything.
