I lease my unit ( - - - - - ), with the options of either 8 months or 12 months w/1FREE month ( as per - --Asst. Mgr of - - - -. ). The contract was supposed to be corrected to -/-/- - -/-/- ( As per - - 's confirmation email/call ). - kept pushing for me to do a 12 month lease ( w/1month FREE ) and she confirmed that it was my decision to extend to 12 months during my tenancy-if I chose. Upon my move in, - told me I would just need to put it in writing and inform the rental office if I chose the - opt, to receive my 1 month FREE. It was not until much later in my lease term that I found out - - was arrested for child abuse and incarcerated. At - point I did consider extending my lease to a 12 month term, but in -/-/- I found mold in all of my window seals upon my return home for -. I requested maintenance to rectify this matter ( though they never showed up until after I departed for - ), and I got very

move at the end of my lease, as I gave notice -/-/- and in person the -/-/-. Only then - - - property manager began falsifying the required notice for move out, threatening to sue me if I moved -/-/-, and she confirmed that my 60 days will be up -/-/-. Proper notice by law requires a 30 day notice at the end of the lease. There was a high turnover rate at this apartment complex due to the mold infestation numerous break-ins lack of security and other problems as reported on the Internet into - County - - - officials. Also a new apartment complex opened across the street from the haven in which we the tenants sought residency. This is nothing more than a desperate attempt to gain revenue and forced me into a longer lease term. Noteworthy I was living in the unit in -/-/-, but no court action was ever filed seeking unpaid rent or eviction. I requested an exit walk-through that the rental office ignored and refused to show up, which I videotaped had an inspector out and I took photos of everything.
