Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Indiana

Condor Capital continues to contact me regarding this matter. I included this company in my bankruptcy that was discharged on - - 2015. They owe me a $ - refund as well that they refuse to send to me. They will not update my credit file showing I do not owe them.
