Improper contact or sharing of info Talked to a third party about my debt California

I received a call from my ex coworker who I have not worked with her for over 8 years stating that someone from Summit Receivables called and asked for me and said they have document against me about a debt and they are reviewing right now for action. They called from ( - ) - and said to call them back at ( - ) -. This is unacceptable that they called an old coworker that I do n't associate with and disclosed my personal information, which is not true to damage my reputation.
