My brother was contacted and was told that if I didnot come pay my debt or bring the truck in that criminal charges would be taken. My brother was used as a reference but I NEVER gave permission to anyone to discuss my personal debt with family members. This is embarrassing and is a direct violation of Code 804 ( 2 ) and Code 805 ( 3 ) ( c ) in [ 15 USC 1692b ]. The last time I was contacted was -/-/-. I told them where the vehicle was located and that 's the last time I heard from anyone until my brother told me about this incident today.
