Constar is attempting to collect on an auto lease that was originally intended through -. - collection efforts have exceeded the statute of limitations of 6 years. When I asked for information on the last payment on the account I was told that the information was not available. Today I received a letter in the mail from Constar which does not discolose any of the debt information and they are threatening me with legal action.
