This debt is over 7 years old, since -/-/-, but continues to be reported and collections continue. In accordance with the provisions of the Federal and State Fair Debt Collection Practices Acts and the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, please consider this letter a formal dispute as to the inaccuracy of the item posted.
