Paypal issued me a credit account I did not want or need using deceptive and/or fraudulent practices. As I was using Paypal to make a purchase, the regular series of " clicks '' was changed to trick me into opening a Paypal Credit account. I have since called to cancel the account and pay the balance in full. However, I thought it important to file this complaint because, I fear, tens of thousands of consumers have been ( or will be ) tricked into opening a Paypal credit account.
