The Sheriff called to let me know if I do n't pay the $22000.00 he would be evicting me from my property. I told him he could not take my house, that is valued at about $190000.00 for a $22000.00 debt. that is unequal debt. What happens to the balance? I told the Sheriff it must be a scam by this company. He told me I need to call them to discuss a payment arrangement. I called Unifund CCR Partners - - - - on several occasions but no one returned my call. I even put information on the website, in order to get a return call. In the meantime the Sheriff called me on a weekly basis, telling me he would have to come to my house and take pictures of the inside before he padlocks the house and auction it off. I told him, they have to give me a chance to discuss a settlement. But, they continue to avoid

got a loan modification that I can live with. I am a senior citizen and would like to live in my home as long as possible without going to a nursing home. I have suffered, - thinking about being put out of my home without a say-so. This Company, Unifund CCR Partners, - - -, - - - and anyone else who practice such dogmatic tactics needs to be punished. These people were trying to collect from me during the time I was under Chapter - Bankruptcy Law, which is illegal. Now, I had to file another Chapter - again, in order to keep them from padlocking my home. Can I sue these people for creating situations that led to these health problems? Can they really evict someone and take their home that easily?
