I AM AN - OF -. I applied for a Chase auto loan to replace/trade against my existing 2013 -. The dealer submitted the loan application. The dealer agreed to take my car based on the remaining outstanding balance, pay it off and Put me into a new - - - -. To my surprise, my loan application was declined. Have I have a credit score of -, Excellent payment history for the last 3 years on my existing vehicle, financed through - -. Secondly I have another car loan being financed through Chase with perfect payment history. My gross salary is in excess of $250000.00 and I am -. I submitted the last - pay stubs, totaling over $- in just the last 2 months. The reason for the decline according to the dealer was " Unable to verify my income '' and unable to verify the car trade in. I went to a second - dealer and resubmitted the application, with exactly the same information. The loan was declined stating " The income on my previous application was much less and thats why they declined it the first time. I have copies of the first application and it
20 years. I FEEL DISCRIMINATED AGAINST DUE TO MY RACE. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE E-PLAIN WHY SOMEONE WHO HAS GOOD CREDIT, EARNING A HIGH SALARY, MORE THAN NEEDED TO MAKE THE MONTHLY PAYMENT, HAS E-CELLENT CREDIT HISTORY WITH THE BANK IN QUESTION, ALREADY HAS AN E-ISTING AUTO LOAN WITH THE SAME BANK, THATS IN GOOD STANDING, SUBMITTED BANK STATEMENTS AND PAYMENT STUBS TO VERIFY MY INCOME GET DENIED? ****Income verification : I attached my last - payment stubs, vendor ( - - ) contract for 3 years who pays monthly, the credit application I sent to the car dealer for submission to Chase. I have not included my bank statements but can be provided.
