Pinnacle continues to try and collect a debt I do n't owe. I have disputed the debt with pinnacle credit and I am currently suing them for re- aging this old account on my credit report for the past two years. I have included a copy of the credit report of the account in dispute that was opened in 2010. Pinnacle was notified of this several times as well as the dispute but continues to break the law.
