Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine California

Services received by my son from - - during period that my son had full coverage from medical with - copy. When I discovered that this was a charge now sent to collections that was not my responsibility. I tried several ways to resolve this. I faxed a letter from Medical stating coverage start date and proof of coverage during the visit that was wrongfully placed as my debt. I spoke on the phone to - and - and was asked to fax proof of.coverage. I made a copy and did just.that. I am suffering from this collection account, Medical may have made a mistake.or the billing department from the clinic. I want this to be completely erased from all - credit bureaus. Thank You, - -
