There was no option for my issue. I am trying to get in touch with this debt collector. I have a - - account with them and my financial situation has changed and I have to cancel the payment arrangement I have with them. I have contacted them - times and left messages that the payment needed to be cancelled and it was drafted out my bank account anyway, with no call being returned. I feel this is unfair and illegal business practice.
