I received a summons for a lawsuit after I disputed the debt. I had my attorney send a letter stating that I did not owe the debt and why and they responding directly to me, not my attorney. They proceeded in filing a lawsuit directly against me instead of my attorney. They also refused to provide a physical address so they could be served.
