I constantly receive calls on my cell phone from " High Point Assets '' leaving a message for " - - - ''. I see there is multiple complaints online regarding similar situations. I have - voicemails within 15 days. I blocked the number because sometimes it just rings and hangs up. This is clearly a violation of the law considering it 's a robocall. - : -
