I have been experiencing identity theft and also i have been going through a lot of financial situations. I recently opened a small business and had different of personal accounts that different people from different organizations and other trust fund monetaries that where left to me from a deceased individual, that explained that she wanted her money to go to a charity of some type. I was left a sum - - dollars close to in - - i should say. I opened my investment account and I did the appropriate paperwork for the trust fund account and gave the appropriate distribution for how the money was supposed to be distributed equally each month and to each account. Every single account that I have opened and every deposit that was either transferred and or supposed to be wired, released to the account and then in increments where transferred out of the accounts slowly and shortly. While at the same time the accounting information online are telling me pending. By the third day of the payment holding process the bank then shows that the account funds was insufficient and on top of the NSF message i had to pay a check


me to go negative within my business to take a major loss on the business and personal aspect. I then try to get some type of confirmation and or repayment and the companies try to tell me they can not locate the account and or they can not understand what happened with the account. I filed different police report numbers and have been to different agencies and yet i am still without any account and or without any funds at all. I do not know exactly what to do and or how to get my funds back nor do i know how to or what to do because it has even been a change in the police reports that i have done missing information at the merchants, and /or the different companies that i have used for money accounts and or for personal stored information. I have tried protective custody switching name and personal information on my accounts plus more and at this point i am at a total blank of what is going on or what to do next.
