- -, works for evergreen profession recoveries. she is extremely rude, diarespectful, and deceitful. on numerous occasions I have attempted to resolve my payments by establishing a monthly payment that is possible for me, but if she does not like it, she makes threats about taking me to court and garnishing wages from my job. what I mean, is a different employee had offered me a certain amount to be paid per month and that was the best he could do, and the next hour she said changed it to a different amount. she went from saying - a month to - a month after 2 payments of -. After telling her that was not feasible, she said " you know what, just throw everything to the trash. I 'm not doing anything for you. I will just garnish ur checks ''. bottom line is she is rude and disrespectful. and constantly makes threats and has no intentions of working with me when I am making an effort to pay them.
