The service provider, - - - - has submitted the second false/fraudulent procedure to my insurance provider, - - of California and consequently - - - - has submitted this false claim to a collection agency, CMRE Financial Services to collect for a procedure that never happened. I need the harassment and threats to damage my credit from CMRE Financial Services to stop, I need - to understand the second claim was fraudulent and I need - - - - to stop double billing so this matter can be expunged from all data bases.
