JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
I have an account with Chase Bank that has been in delinquent status over 7 years ; however, Chase Bank continues to report that the account is still within the 7 year statue of limitation by moving the last delinquent date of the account to keep the account current for collections. I have attempted on many occasions to get Chase Bank to validate their position on this and they have failed to produce any documentation to support their claim.
