Negligent negotiator assigned to the account and after a 60 day extension was given on the file, the lender has retracted from their agreement and issued a foreclosure sale date for 30 days demanding we close escrow prior to the foreclosure sale date. Short sale negotiator is asking for documents that have either already been submitted or are ridiculous such as " a list identifying all parties in the transaction '' and - documents when the property is not in a -.
